After moving to River Falls in 1992 and working for other contractors, Dennis DeMar decided to start Hi-Tech Service Company in 1996 and focus it on personalized customer service and quality.

The company installed geothermal systems from its beginning, but Dennis decided in 2004 to specialize in geothermal systems.

Dennis is the owner and chief engineer who employs a handful of other specialists.
